Carolyn has been part of the TSSM team since 2016. She is a very passionate teacher who loves to see growth and improvement in her English and Psychology students. Her love for her subjects and her ability to simplify complex topics into easily understandable concepts makes her a valuable team member.

Teaching Philosophy:

Carolyn once heard the following lyrics in a song on a television commercial before becoming a teacher: "Every generation gets the chance to change the world." This instilled in her a reminder that we all get a chance, every day, to better ourselves and Carolyn tries to instil this value into her students through her teaching practices; to always take each day as an opportunity to learn and grow so that you can build a better future for yourself and others.

Interests:

Loves to cook, especially baking.
Workout at the gym and in her garden. When she has time, she;s also a pretty decent video game player (She tries not to openly admit this though!). Musical theatre has always been apart of her life and she wishes she had more time to get more involved in it again!
